Wow! Our experience with Acatree Tours and Safaris was absolutely incredible! They not only got our group of 8 people to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and back safely, but they also went above and beyond in every way possible. From setting up camp to providing portable toilets, delicious food, and attentive crew members, they truly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the campsites was exceptional, with top-notch tents, sleeping bags, toilets, and a dining tent. Our lead guide, Luanda, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also a fantastic communicator. His daily briefings were informative and inspiring, making him an excellent leader. The crew members were outstanding - singing Swahili songs to boost our morale and support us on our journey. They were always there to assist with difficult steps and even offered their arms during the descent. They even carried some of our packs without hesitation. James, the camp manager, ensured that our camp was clean and comfortable, while Luanda, the food server, kept us well-fed and entertained with his singing. Each day on the trail, James greeted us with a station set up for tea and snacks. The guides were all approachable and engaging, leading to great conversations and connections. Our son had a blast sharing his music with Jackson, James, and Luanda. So Overall, our experience with Acatree Tours was nothing short of fantastic, and we highly recommend them to all our friends.
